No, because if it's a missing skill then no-one else of that class has it

I would ask the player to make a ticket. If the player doesn't i would teach it to him there

I will first find the players that are involved with the situation, then i would restart the event after i sorted out the chaos

Answering tickets, finding bugs/hackers, making the server enjoyable,and sorting out problems between players

15. If a player says " I already put points in mortal strike, but i cant learn" , how do you verify if he actualy telling the truth?
Well, i really don't know but i would do something like this

I would first ask if the player could relog and then check their spellbook, then i would /inspect them and go to their talent tree and look for where the put the points if they do not have points there i would not teach him the spell (rank 1) but if it is there i will teach them the spell.

16. What makes you think you are qualified to be a gm on OUWoW?
I'm Helpful, I'm kind, I can script bosses, i would make a good friend but a even worse enemy
I keep my friends close but my enemy's closer

17. Imagine, you see a hacker, you got his name but not his IP or account name, whats your next move?

If I have screenshots, I would post them up on the forums. If I was making a video of something to create some sort of recruitment video, I'd say screw the video and start filming the hacker, then post it on the forums, If not, I would still post the hacker's name, guild, location of incident and infraction. Also I would submit a GM ticket in game in hopes that there would be a staff member on hand to investigate in the matter.
